Did you know there are some child...My two cents..

Did you know there are some children out there that have preexisting conditions.. immune type diseases that make it so they can't get immunizations.. If they got the shot they would die.. If they caught something an immunization would have worked against, they would have died.

Sometimes protecting your child also protects another child.

Also.. The chances of having these type of reactions are so low and so rare. A lot of the hype about immunizations is just that, hype.

Better safe than sorry.. Plus if we think along the lines of what ifs, then we wouldn't leave the house in fear of getting hit by a car.

Immunizations are around for a reason. So many of us have grown up on them and we have been well protected.

Oh and there is always gray area when it comes to medical research.

I rather take the smaller chance of the what if she gets sick from them then the larger what if if she get sicks without them. :(

Just my two cents ;)

Hope you don't mind,
<3xojo

P.S. I respect your wanting to do research!!Jordan Marie @ hottlt.comhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11286436578831037031noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2646332726364660091.post-41988800275816899102011-10-11T22:36:12.109-05:002011-10-11T22:36:12.109-05:00I am in the same boat as you!!! The paper I went home with said it was "normal" if little balls developed on his thighs under his skin where the shots were given...and that it could take up to 2 years to go away...THAT'S NOT NORMAL!!! I *think* I've decided to wait until he's 2 years old to give him some selected vaccinations. I read Dr. Sears' book but it still left me wondering what to do. I really liked this article: http://lewrockwell.com/miller/miller15.html. I just wish there was no gray area on this subject and you could just know one way or the other, but it's sooooo confusing. My worry is that he'll get pertussis. But then I also know that breastfed babies get immunity from their moms and are much more protected.

See, I'm going in circles. *Sigh*, girl I feel you...Jessica Dimashttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08756582014183596338noreply@blogger.com
